Franks Story

I came across a cute little Yorkie that stole my heart on pet finder. I rescued my pup Franklin Oliver moon three years ago when he was about 6 months old. He was 1/2 a pound and his hair was all matted with knots and both his back legs were broken. The breeders kept him in a garage and didn't feed him or take care of him and apparently they threw him out of a window. It was heart crushing.

But from the moment I saw him I fell in love.

He was shy and scared in the beginning but he was always such a sweetheart. His demeanor was always so chill but he didn't really eat much.

I fixed his broken legs and took him to the groomers. He opened up pretty quickly with me. He is now a happy friendly adventurous pup who loves everybody.

He never barks and is still picky with food but he loves to make new friends (whether it be human or dogs).

I think adopting pets is a very beneficial and rewarding for you and your animal. Pound puppies are so grateful that you saved them. You can see the true happiness and love in their eyes.

Rescuing frank was the best decision I've ever made in my life. He saved me when I was in a dark place so in a way we rescued each other. I've never felt true unconditional love until I found Frankie. He is the love of my life.

Every year on his birthday (may 15th) I donate money to save other animals.
